We design and make custom-branded products and engineered parts using 3D printing, UV printing, CNC routing, and fiber-laser engraving—prototypes to short-run production.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Which materials do you offer?

Acrylic, PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU (3D print), hardwoods, aluminum, stainless steel, and coated sheet metals. Finishes include matte/gloss UV print, brushed metal look, and painted/acrylic color matches.

How do I start a custom project?

Share goals, quantity, target date, and any files (logo, sketch, CAD). We’ll propose materials, pricing, and a timeline—then send a digital proof for approval.

What file types do you accept?

Logos/art: SVG, AI, PDF, PNG.
CAD/parts: STEP, IGES, STL, DXF. Don’t have files? We can create them.

What are typical lead times?

Prototypes: 2–5 business days after proof approval.
Short-run production: 5–15 business days, depending on complexity and volume. Rush options available.

What are your MOQs and price breaks?

We do one-offs and small batches. Price breaks usually at 10/50/100+ units.

Can you match brand colors and detail?

Yes—UV print supports fine detail and Pantone-style matches (within print tolerances). Laser and CNC provide crisp edges and engraved/relief effects.

What tolerances can you hold?

Guidelines: 3D print ±0.3 mm or ±0.3%; laser/CNC parts often ±0.1–0.2 mm depending on geometry and material. We’ll confirm per design.

Do you offer wholesale or white-label?

Yes—consistent quality, packaging options, and repeatable specs for boutiques and teams. Ask about wholesale pricing.

What’s your revision policy?

One proof round is included for most projects; additional changes are quoted if scope shifts.
