Privacy Policy

Craft Onyx is operated by Samps Signs LLC, a North Carolina company, doing business as Craft Onyx at craftonyx.com. This page explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it. Plain English, no legalese padding.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the details of your project. If you upload a design file (SVG, DXF, AI, PDF, PNG, STL, and similar), we store that file too — it’s how we price and produce your job.
How your files are stored
Uploaded design files are stored privately on Cloudflare R2. They are used for one purpose: producing your quote and your order. We never sell them, never share them with third parties, and never use your artwork for anything other than your job.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see it and never store it. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
Analytics — no cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design. It sets no cookies, does no fingerprinting, and includes no ad trackers. It tells us aggregate things like which pages get visited and roughly where traffic comes from — nothing tied to you personally.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Turnstile verifies you’re human without tracking you across the web.
When you contact us, we reply from our business email. Your messages stay between you and us. We don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for, and we don’t share your email address with anyone.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site. The only third parties that touch your data are the infrastructure we run on: Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, analytics, spam protection) and Stripe (payments).
Deleting your data
Want your quote details and uploaded files deleted? Email Contact@CraftOnyx.com and we’ll remove them. We may keep basic order records where the law requires it (taxes, accounting), but everything else goes on request.
