Why are your LED lightboxes so much cheaper than sign company quotes?
A commercial sign company prices in site surveys, permits, electrical work, and an install crew. We don’t. A Commercial Lightbox with your logo runs $189–$349 — any size up to 18 inches — versus the $2,000–$6,000 a sign company quotes for a backlit logo sign. Do you install signs or pull permits?
No — and that’s deliberate. We’re a fabrication studio, not a permitted sign installer. Everything we build is designed for simple owner mounting: interior lobby walls, storefront windows, tabletops, and booths. If your project needs an exterior permitted install, we’ll tell you straight, and you can take our fabricated sign to a local installer.
Can you make a sign from my logo? What file do you need?
Yes. Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF, DXF) are ideal, but a high-resolution PNG works for UV printing, and we can redraw a logo from a business card or photo if that’s all you have. Mockups for signage and lightboxes are free, and you approve a digital proof before anything gets cut.
How long does a custom sign take?
Simple laser-cut acrylic and wood signs are typically ready in 2–5 business days after proof approval. LED lightboxes and multi-layer builds take a bit longer, and we confirm a firm date with your quote. Rush turnaround is available at +50%. Local Raleigh pickup is free; everything else ships tracked nationwide.
Do you make ADA interior signs?
We fabricate interior wayfinding, door, and room-ID signs. If your project must meet specific ADA tactile or braille requirements, include the spec in your quote request — we’ll confirm whether we can hit it or point you to a shop that can. No guessing on compliance.
