The Shop — taproom gear, one roof

Brewery taproom kit: paddles, tap handles, coasters

$899 starter bundle — pieces from $275

Custom flight paddles for your brewery, CNC-cut tap handles, and full-color coasters — all engraved and printed with your branding in one Raleigh shop, so opening day doesn’t mean wrangling three vendors and three logo files.

  • 24 hardwood flight paddles, laser-engraved with your logo — $429
  • CNC tap handles cut to your shape — $65 each, minimum 6
  • 250 UV-printed full-color coasters — $275
  • Artwork kept on file — reorders skip proofing as you grow

What’s in the kit

Everything the bar top needs, branded once

Buy the pieces separately or take the full starter bundle. Either way it’s one proof, one logo file, and one shop responsible for everything matching.

Flight paddles — 24 for $429

Solid hardwood, your logo engraved deep into the grain, optional tap-number labels at each glass position. Built for the sanitizer sink, not the gift shop.

Tap handles — $65 each, min 6

CNC-cut to your shape — logo silhouette, mascot, hop cone — with a standard 3/8"-16 ferrule insert so they thread onto your faucets day one.

Coasters — 250 for $275

Full-color UV print of your can art, logo, or seasonal release. The cheapest square footage of marketing in the room — customers pocket them on purpose.

Starter bundle — $899

24 paddles, 6 tap handles, and 250 coasters, proofed together so the whole taproom reads as one brand. Saves real money over piecing it out.

Made where the breweries are

A taproom shop in the middle of NC beer country

North Carolina runs on craft beer — Raleigh, Durham, and Asheville pack in more breweries than almost any stretch of the Southeast, and most of them are ordering paddles from one state, tap handles from another, and signage from a third. We cut all of it here in Raleigh, on the same machines that build our custom business signs — so your tap wall, your menu board, and your flight paddles can come from one roof and actually match.

The reorder program

Your artwork stays on file. Reorders stay easy.

Coasters walk out the door and paddles get loved to death — that’s the business. After your first order, your logo, paddle layout, handle shape, and coaster art live in our system, so restocking is one email, not another design project.

Restock without re-proofing

Reorders print from your saved files — no setup fee, no proofing delay, and the new batch matches the last one. Another 250 coasters, six more paddles after a busy festival season, two tap handles for the seasonal rotation: send the quantities and we put them on the schedule same day. Quantity breaks start at 10 paddles or handles and 500+ coasters.

Opening, expanding, or rebranding?

Taproom number two, a festival booth, or a full rebrand across merch and signage — send your logo files and your opening date, and a real person replies with a quote and a production timeline within one business day.

Brewery taproom kit FAQs

What can you put on the paddles, tap handles, and coasters?

Paddles get your logo laser-engraved into the wood, plus glass-position labels or tap numbers if you want them. Tap handles are CNC-cut to your shape — your logo silhouette, a hop cone, whatever your brand calls for — with engraved or UV-printed branding. Coasters are UV-printed in full color, front and back if you like. Personalization is free and you approve a proof of every piece before production.

Will the gear survive actual taproom use?

That’s the design brief. Paddles are solid hardwood with a food-safe finish and engraving cut into the grain — it can’t peel or wash off in the sanitizer sink. Tap handles are CNC-cut from hardwood or thick acrylic with a standard 3/8"-16 ferrule insert, so they fit your faucets and take daily pulls. Coasters use UV-cured ink that stands up to condensation rings instead of bleeding like cheap pulpboard.

How long does production take?

Everything is made to order: you approve proofs, then most kits ship with tracking or are ready for free Raleigh pickup within 2–5 business days. Opening day or a festival on the calendar? Tell us the date before you order and we’ll confirm the timeline works.

Can we reorder coasters and paddles as we grow?

Yes — your logo, paddle layout, and coaster art stay on file, so reorders skip the proofing step. Burn through coasters? Another 250 is one email. Opening taproom number two or stocking a festival booth? Same files, second batch, consistent branding. Quantity breaks start at 10 paddles or tap handles and 500+ coasters — send your volumes and a real person quotes it within one business day.

Outfit the taproom from one shop

Send your logo and tap count — we proof the paddles, tap handles, and coasters together, build everything to order in Raleigh, and keep your artwork on file so restocking is one email.
