A phone photo of the note and the picture you want is all we need. We straighten, clean up, and lay out both sides of the card, then send a digital proof. Nothing is engraved until you say the layout is right — and revisions to the proof are free.

How do I send the photo and handwriting for the wallet card?
After you order, reply to the confirmation with a clear photo and a snapshot of the handwritten note — a phone picture of a card, letter, or sticky note works fine. We clean up the scan, lay out the card, and send you a digital proof to approve before anything gets engraved. Personalization is free.
Will the photo wear off inside a wallet?
No. The image and handwriting are laser-etched into anodized aluminum — the laser removes the anodized layer to reveal the metal beneath, so there’s no ink or coating to rub away. It rides behind your cards every day and still reads like the day it was engraved.
How long does production take? I need it before an anniversary.
Each card is engraved to order. Once you approve the proof, most cards ship with tracking or are ready for free Raleigh pickup within 2–5 business days. If you’re up against an anniversary, deployment date, or Father’s Day, tell us before you order and we’ll confirm the timeline.
