Can you match our invitation suite and use our names and fonts?
Yes — that’s the whole point of ordering the suite from one studio. Send a photo of your invitation or the font names, and we set your cake topper, place cards, and welcome sign in the same lettering. Names, wedding date, monograms, and custom shapes are all free personalization, and you approve a digital proof of every piece before we cut.
What are the toppers, place cards, and signs made of?
Cake toppers are laser-cut from 1/8 in cast acrylic or solid hardwood — rigid enough to stand straight in the cake all evening. Place cards are true mirror acrylic in gold, silver, or rose, cut clean enough that guests take them home as favors. Welcome signs come in clear or painted acrylic or stained wood, and none of it is printed-on vinyl that peels.
How far ahead of the wedding should we order?
Production itself is quick — most pieces ship or are ready for free Raleigh pickup within 2–5 business days of proof approval. But order at least 4 weeks before the date: it leaves room for proof rounds, shipping, and the seating-chart changes that always happen. Inside 4 weeks? Call us before you order and we’ll tell you honestly if it fits.
